Rottnest Island is a breathtaking location that our team have the privilege of working on. As we approach the island’s busiest season, we are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper Team leader who values variety in their daily responsibilities. This role is various shift Monday-Sunday, departing from Fremantle at 7am on a payrate of $34.00 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) with shift penalties applicable on the weekends.

This opportunity involves but are not limited

  • Inspect and monitor team performance
  • Coordinate your designated team
  • Ensure cleanliness standards are met
  • Oversee performance of housekeeping employee’s
  • Clean all aspects of onsite accommodations; including showers, bathrooms, bedroom, living rooms, front BBQ areas and kitchens
  • Work in all weather conditions
  • Lifting objects up to 10kgs

Successful candidates will have:

  • Proven housekeeping experience
  • Proven team leader/manager experience
  • Flexibility to work on weekdays/weekends and holidays
  • Be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
  • High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
  • Great punctuality, time management and organization skills
  • Professional, can-do attitude
  • Rights to work within Australia
  • C-Class Driver's License
